This policy covers 2wells.co.nz and is issued by 2wells (NZ) Limited Company, 30 Kare Ariki Place, Pukekohe 2120, New Zealand. We handle personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
This is a brand website. You cannot buy from it. It takes no payments, has no account system, runs no analytics, and sets no cookies of its own. Purchases happen on marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and iHerb, each of which has its own privacy policy that governs what you give them.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our forms:
- Contact form — your name, email address, chosen topic, and the message you write.
- Newsletter form — your email address.
- Launch notification — your email address and the product you asked about.
- Product review — your name, email address, star rating and review. Your email is never published; your name and review may be, after moderation.
Our host, Netlify, also records standard server logs for every visitor (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. We do not link those logs to form submissions.
We do not collect payment details, dates of birth, health information, or government IDs.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry.
- To send the newsletter you asked for, until you unsubscribe.
- To tell you once when a product you asked about becomes available.
- To check and, if approved, publish your review. Reviews that make medical claims are edited or declined.
- To keep the site available and secure.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Who else sees it
Only the parties who have to:
- Netlify (United States) — hosts the site and receives form submissions.
- HealthSK Limited Company (Vietnam) — our Vietnam distributor, if your enquiry concerns a Vietnamese order or retailer.
- A regulator or court, where the law requires it.
Because Netlify is based overseas, information you send through this site is stored outside New Zealand. We only use providers that are contractually required to protect it to a comparable standard.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months after the conversation ends. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Launch notifications: until we have sent the notice. Reviews: for as long as the review is published, or 24 months if it is declined. Server logs: as long as Netlify retains them under its own policy. After that we delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are restricted to the small number of people who need them. No system is perfect, and we will tell you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if a breach is likely to cause you serious harm.
Children
Several of our products are made for children, but this website is written for the adults who buy them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe at any time — every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. Email support@2wells.com and we will respond within 20 working days, as the Privacy Act requires.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner: privacy.org.nz.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
